[BBC-Micro] Microvitec CUB 895 monitor?

Microvitec sold the Cub with 3 tubes: "standard" res, "medium" res, and
"high" res.  Tell me what the model number on the rear label is: it'll
be of the form 14x1-MSx.  Is it metal-cased or plastic cased?  If
plastic, is it beige, grey or black?
