Just to continue the digression (hopefully politely): There doesn't seem to
be any real consistency about the colours. Most black disks I have come
across have been HD and most blue ones have been DD. However looking through
my disk collection (somewhere around 200-300 disks) I would say the majority
are beige.Of these some are DD and some are HD - you just have to look for
the extra hole (and usually the HD logo on the high-density ones).

I also have a "rainbow" box of 10 HD disks that I was given as a Christmas
present once. (What does that say about other people's opinion of me!) In
the box there are two each of white, yellow, green, blue and red.
