[BBC-Micro] Error using XFER

Hi,

I've encountered a problem when using XFER 5.1 for transferring data from my beeb to the PC. When I try to transfer a disc, my beeb just says:

DISC
-----BBC-----PC-----

...and then hangs. The PC says:

Problem changing to DFS

...and also hangs. I've used the serial cable with a terminal emulator, and it works correctly.
Anyone of you know what's going wrong?
