[BBC-Micro] 6502 Second Processor - Ribbon Cable Replacement

Hi Group,

I have a chance to buy a 6502 Second Processor, but three wires of the
ribbon cable have been cut and I would like to replace the cable. I don't
have another one to compare, but would like to know how tricky it would be
to detach the cable from the PCB.

Does the PCB have an IDC plug to take the cable, or does it use an IDC
header ?

I have had problems with removing cables from IDC headers, and usually end
up breaking the header. This would mean soldering another IDC header on to
the board, and I don't really have the soldering skills to do the job.
