I buy most of my stuff on ebay although someone in one of the acorn
newsgroups was kind enough to give me two BBC B machines when I
accidentally killed the MOS on mine (didn't know it was the MOS
though)

You could just put things on ebay with no bid button and just a buy it
now for a set amount, then there would be no outbidding...

I didn't even know there was one but isn't it your site that has
hundreds or thousands of pages, lol
