[BBC-Micro] BBC to VGA monitor converter

Hi,

What is the difference between the RGB output on a BBC and the VGA
standard used by computer monitors?

In Australia virtually nothing uses SCART, out TVs have computer VGA
connectors labeled as the RGB input.
