[BBC-Micro] (Announce) EDOS disassembly

The commented disassembly of Opus EDOS 0.4 (EDOSPAT 4.40) is virtually
complete:

The only part without annotation is the Tube host code, which has been
covered by J.G.Harston's excellent article:

Some bugs were discovered during the disassembly that have been added
