[BBC-Micro] Flooding in Sheffield

We've had flood-related power outages in Sheffield, so several
Sheffield based websites have been offline, such as mdfs.net, the
mailing list archives, beebwiki, Sheffield City Council (!). Even
though most people live at the top of hills, the power stations
are all by the rivers :)
 
Things are drying out now and getting back to normal. It's been
declared the worst floods since 1864 when Dale Dyke Dam burst.
