Good solid workhorse printer, but a complete pain when the paper jammed 
(as used to happen at school frequently with kids tearing off their 
printouts in a less-than careful manner).

I always thought the Citizen Swift 24 was one of the best dot-matrix 
printers, tho maybe I was just impressed by the little LCD display. It did 
colour too, if you had the fancy ribbon for it.
