The recommended method is to get a short piece of wire-wrap wire or 
similar very thin wire, and solder it on the *underside* of the board, 
between IC6 pin 26 and IC10 pin 1.

If you don't want to do it on the underside, if the wire is very thin, 
you might be able to poke it into the same hole as IC10 pin 1, or IC11 
pin 1, or IC38 pin 11.  Providing you don't hold the soldering iron on 
the IC leg too long, soldering to the leg isn't likely to be a problem.
