[BBC-Micro] BBC connected to LDC-television via SCART

Hello,
 
If I connect a BBC B computer with a 15" LCD television via the
SCART-plug
(of course with resistors to bring down the voltage level), will I be
able to read
text on the screen in 80-character modes? In other words what will be
the quality
of the image on the screen?
