A while ago I came across this webpage by Rich (who?):

If that page is accurate, it seems to me that the keyswitches should be 
possible to pull apart and clean, although no guarantee it will work anyway. 
Perhaps it is just as efficient to squirt the liquid into the assembled 
switch and give it a good work out.
