I'll have to dig out my notes from last time I stood for
Parliament (only candiate to mention RISC OS in campaign
literature!). The run-up to an election is usually the
/worst/ time to discuss legislation proposals with potential
candidates as they'll be looking at it through election-tinted
sunglasses.
